At Charming Gems by Luna, every crystal is carefully selected, photographed, described, packed, and shipped with care. Because crystals are natural, one-of-a-kind items and many pieces cannot be replaced with an identical item, all sales are final.

🚫 Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, size, color preference, natural characteristics, or other personal preferences.

Please review all listing photos, videos, measurements, weights, descriptions, and other available product information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

🌙 Natural Characteristics of Crystals

Crystals are natural materials and may contain variations and characteristics including inclusions, druzy pockets, mineral deposits, uneven surfaces, natural fissures, fractures, pits, lines, color variations, or other imperfections.

These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the stone and are not considered defects or damage unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each piece. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

📦 Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, its transportation and handling are outside of our control. Charming Gems by Luna is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft after confirmed delivery, or damage caused while a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

When shipping insurance has been purchased or included for an order, eligible loss or transit-damage claims may be submitted to the applicable carrier or insurance provider according to their requirements and claim determination.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and do not discard the item, shipping box, packing materials, labels, or damaged pieces. Photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and shipping box may be required to submit or support an insurance claim.

Submitting documentation does not guarantee approval or reimbursement. Insurance claims are subject to the carrier or insurance provider’s terms, eligibility requirements, investigation, and final decision.

✨ Order Errors

If Charming Gems by Luna sends you the incorrect item or makes another fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the error has been verified, we will work with you to correct it. Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, the resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

💌 Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when Charming Gems by Luna determines that a shipping refund is appropriate due to an error on our part.

Additional shipping costs associated with a customer-requested change are the customer’s responsibility.

🛍️ Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been packed, a shipping label has been purchased, or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the order cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
